Dedicated to my team..!!
The story dates back few months ago, when the team started to form,
Huge numbers of techies were inducted, as if gearing up for a storm.
Each passing day witnessed a new face in the bay
The expectations were high, but the returns seemed gray.
Beyond the deep-presentations, there was nothing much to do,
Desperately trying to keep our calm, inside the frustrations grew.
The news of short term on-site spread like a fire,
Though learning about the destination, the trip failed to inspire.
Suddenly, travelling on company's expense wasn’t exactly the trend,
Reason being the tiring sessions which just didn’t seem to end.
The managers were hell-bent on using the mighty stick,
Finding loopholes in the system, we quickly learnt the trick. **smiles**
Post the initial harsh response, that at times felt skeptical,
The endurance our leaders wore, was certainly commendable.
Time flew like a bullet, leaving behind sweet traces,
Appreciations did galore and our Reputation went places.
Being an epitome of Success, today We hold our head high,
Ready to face bigger hurdles, in the blink of an EYE..!!
